WarnerMedia Network Sales, Inc.’s (“WMNS”) is pleased to inform you that we are expanding the sports available to your customers on truTV. Beginning in Fall 2024, truTV will begin telecasting sports content including but not limited to MLB, NBA and NHL games.
In order to adhere to league requirements WMNS hereby informs you that, regardless of where an MLB, NBA or NHL game (“Game(s)”) is played, each Game on truTV must be blacked out across all platforms within the home television territory of each club participating in a Game (the “Blackout Zone”) regardless of whether or not the applicable Games are sold out. Per your agreement for the carriage of truTV, you are obligated to comply with this blackout requirement by blacking out the affected zip codes within the Blackout Zone for each Game. Please refer to the sports blackout details provided below.
