MEZZ SERVICE NOTIFICATION LAUNCH UPDATE
Hello Affiliate,
The Warner Bros. Discovery mezzanine services are now available for authorization!
These services need to be authorized no later than September 25, 2023.
Please see the attached new tech specs for service updates.
The Harmonic IRD firmware update 1.19.3.0.378, was previously released to your unit and must be downloaded to the XOS units before authorization for mezzanine services.
As previously discussed, if you have not moved to the 56 Marietta pickup location, you must still authorize the new units and continue to plan your move accordingly.
