This privacy notice applies to your access to and use of the affiliate website provided by WarnerMedia Network Sales, Inc. and related companies under common control, and/or any of its subsidiary and affiliated entities located at wbdpartners.com (the “WBD Website” or “Website”). It describes how WBD collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes Personal Information on the Website and the choices available to you regarding the use of your Personal Information, if you work for an organization we do business with; in other words, it governs our ‘B2B’ relationship and the associated processing of Personal Information. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

In order to access the Website, you must provide certain Personal Information to ensure you are eligible to access the Website and to set up an account. You can choose whether to provide additional information to us when you set up your account, including your company name, designated market area, and subscriber count.

  • We are part of a large global group of companies that share various operations and business processes. WBD operates the Website from servers located in the United States and the information it collects on and through affiliates is processed in servers in the United States and other countries. If you access the Website outside of the United States, you acknowledge that we and our service providers may transfer your Personal Information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

10. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY

This supplementary information applies to all candidates for job openings at Warner Bros. Discovery referred to under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) for purposes of providing required notices.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS, METRICS, AND DISCLOSURES

This California Privacy Rights, Metrics, and Disclosure section addresses legal obligations and rights laid out in CCPA and other laws that apply only to California residents. These obligations and rights apply only to California residents and only to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with California Workforce or their households (“California Information”). Upon your request, we will delete the California Information we have collected about you, except for situations when that information is necessary for us to: provide you with a product or service that you requested; perform a contract we entered into with you; maintain the functionality or security of our systems; comply with or exercise rights provided by the law; or use the information internally in ways that are compatible with the context in which you provided the information to us, or that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.

Your Right to Ask Us Not to Sell or Share Your California Information

You can tell us not to sell or share (defined by California law to mean that we have disclosed personal information to a third party in exchange for anything of value or for targeted online advertising based on your activities over time across other websites and applications), your personal information according to applicable law, by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share Page (https://www.warnermediaprivacy.com/do-not-sell-or-share-request/).

California has specific rules regarding the use of California Information from consumers under 16 years of age. In particular, if we knowingly collect the California Information of a consumer under the age of 16, we will not share or sell the information unless we receive affirmative permission to do so. If the consumer is between the ages of 13 and 16 years of age, the consumer may provide that permission; if the consumer is under the age of 13, the consumer’s parent or guardian must provide the permission.

As of the Effective Date of this State Supplement, we do not have actual knowledge that we share or sell personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your Right to Limit Our Use of Your California Information for Targeted Advertising

You can ask us not to use your California Information for targeted online advertising, which means we will not use California Information collected by third parties from your activities over time across websites and applications we do not operate to present ads that we think will interest you. Even if you opt out of targeted ads, we will continue to collect and use data for purposes that are not related to targeted advertising, including research, analytics, and internal operations, and to serve you ads based on information we gain from your direct engagement with our content and products. Your Right to Request the Correction of California Information

Upon your request, we will correct (or provide methods for self-correction) of the California Information we have collected about you, taking into account the nature of the California Information and the purposes of the processing, except for situations when: there is a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that the request to correct is fraudulent or abusive; where we do not hold the information that is required to be corrected; or the request to correct has denied the same alleged inaccuracy within the past six months of receiving the request.

When you submit a request, you must provide information sufficient to verify you are the person about whom we collected California Information. We will ask you to provide an email address which we will use to contact you to confirm the request was not fraudulently submitted. For your security and protection, we may need to verify your identity via a phone call. We may ask you to submit additional documentation to verify your identity but we will only use this information for the purposes of verifying your identity for your request, security, or fraud-prevention, and not for any other purpose. That additional information will be deleted as soon as practical after verifying your identity.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will contact your authorized agent to confirm the request was not fraudulently submitted. We will then need to verify your authorized agent’s identity and that they are authorized by you to make the request on your behalf. To do so, we may ask your authorized agent to submit either (1) a valid and notarized power of attorney, or (2) a document of written permission authorizing your agent to act on your behalf, signed and notarized by both you and your agent. In the event your authorized agent is relying on a signed and notarized document of written permission from you, we may also need to verify your identity and/or contact you directly to confirm permission to proceed with the request. Once we have confirmed your authorized agent’s identity and authority to make a request on your behalf, we will start processing the request.
